Tuesday 29th May 2018

We woke up to blue skies and the sun shining on our first full day in the mountains. We had breakfast and went on a long walk up to a small village called Horni Mala Upa. The weather was great and it was a little difficult for some of the children to get up the hill in the heat but they were rewarded at the top with ice cream and a big playground. We played in the village playground for a while and returned to the cabin through a beautiful forest. After lunch and rest, we got to take a train ride to parts of the mountain we had not yet seen. We played at the cabin before dinner and ended the day with a story.
